  • 100g Feta
  • 200g Cottage Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Chives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Parsley
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Cut the peppers lengthwise and remove the seeds.

In a dish combine 3.5 oz (100 grams) Feta dairy topping, 7 oz (200 grams) cottage dairy topping, 1 tbsp finely sliced chives (optional), 1 tbsp finely sliced parsley (optional), 1/4 tsp table salt (more or less to notes) and 1 tbsp lemon nectar.
