1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
3 tablespoons Fresh coconut - grated

To begin making Double Beans Sundal, mildly hot fat in a wok/kadhai in medium mildly hot, introduce the mustard and urad dal seeds and let it crackle.introduce the asafoetida, dried red chillies and curry leaves and let it crackle.introduce the cooked double beans, table salt, red chilli dusting masala condiment and mix gently shallow fry the until all the items required are well combined.Switch off the flame, introduce the grated coconut and give it a good mix gently. dish up Double Beans Sundal along with Tomato bulb greens Sambar, Elai Vadam and Steamed Rice for a excellent weekday meal.
