Ingredients
600g Floury Potatoes
200g Carrots
200g Turnips
250g Leek
4 Sausages
1 small Onion
3 cloves Garlic
2 Bay Leaf
4 sprigs Thyme
600ml Chicken Stock
1 tablespoon Mustard
1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
Pinch Salt
Pinch Pepper
Instructions

1) skin and chop the shallot and garlic.

toss in both to a large cooking vessel with the margarine and place it over medium toasty.

2) Let the shallot and garlic sweat for 5 moments.

Then toss in the finely sliced potatoes, bay leaves and thyme and agitate well.

cook thoroughly for another 5 moments.

3) In the meantime skin and cut the carrots.

skin the turnip.

Dice it into bite-size pieces.

cut the leek in half lengthwise.

Rinse it well to remove any sand.

toss in the vegetables to the potatoes and shallot.

Also toss in the mustard and chicken stock and augment the taste with pepper and table salt.

4) agitate all the fixings well and wrap the cooking vessel with a lid.

cook thoroughly the hutsepot for about 20 to 25 moments or until all the vegetables and potatoes are soft.

agitate regularly.

toss in extra aqua if necessary.

In the meantime cooking vessel sauté the sausages in a little fat or margarine until golden brown and cooked through.

Keep toasty.

5) Once the potatoes start to fall apart, agitate and turn it all into a mushy and chunky produce stew.

Check the seasoning and toss in extra pepper, table salt or mustard to sharp profile.

6) Scoop the hutsepot onto deep plates and top with the sausage.
