Ingredients
1/2 cup Sesame seeds (Til seeds)
1/3 cup Jaggery
1 teaspoon Ghee - + 1/2 teaspoon more for greasing
Instructions

To begin making the Til Chikki directions, we will first lubricate an 8 x 8 square cooking vessel with ghee that has a minimum of two inch rim and keep aside.Place a cooking vessel on medium toasty and bake the (til) sesame seeds till they are light golden in color.

Turn off the toasty and allow the sesame seeds to cool.toasty ghee in a gravy cooking vessel on medium toasty; agitate in the crushed jaggery to the ghee and allow the jaggery to soften.

Turn the toasty to low and continue stirring until it the jaggery caramelizes.

When you drop a small amount into cold liquid it should form a hard ball.Turn off the toasty and immediately agitate in the roasted (til) sesame until well combined with the melted jaggery.While the mixture is burning quickly spread the mixture on to the greased cooking vessel and smoothen the surface with a flat spatula.

Allow the mixture to cool completely allowing it to set.When completely cool, cut the Til Chikki/ bars into desired shapes and offer as a wholesome honeyed for the festivalsYou can offer Til Chikki directions to kids along with Khakra Chaat directions and Turmeric dairy liquid directions (Haldi Doodh) .
