  • 1 Red Bell pepper (Capsicum) - cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup Broccoli - cut into tiny florets
  • 1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder (Dalchini)
  • 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Caster Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Feta Cheese - crumbled
  • 1/3 cup Mint Leaves (Pudina) - chopped
  • 3 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper - for seasoning
