To begin making the home-cooked Canape Papdi Chaat formula, we will first make the canape papdi.

In a container sieve to gather besan, oats baking flour, wheat baking flour.

mix in red chili dusting masala condiment, seasoning, cooking oil, culinary preparation soda and combine until the baking flour turn to form crumble.mix in aqua little by little to the canape papdi mixture until you get a soft and stiff pastry mix.

put a lid on the pastry mix with damp cloth and let it rest for 30 mins.Once well rested, shape for a few mins again.

Pinch a small portion of the pastry mix, roll it into a ball.scatter wheat baking flour on a sanitize surface.

Place the ball on the surface and roll it as thin as possible.

Cut out smaller round shapes and place them over a greased tart pans pressing them to the edges.

Scrap out the extra pastry mix from the edges of the tart pans.

Repeat this step for rest of the pastry mix.Preheat the oven at 150 degree centigrade.

Place the tart pans in oven and cook thoroughly the canape papdis until they start to turn golden brown.

Remove from oven, let it cool for some time.

Then gently pull the canapes out of the tart wok.These canape papdi cups can be stored in airtight containers for about a week.To make canape papdi chaat, combine all the fixings mentioned except sev under the list 'for making chaat' in a container.

Check the seasoning and seasoning and adjust to suit your palate.When you are ready to enjoy, spoon in the chaat mixture into canape papdi cups.
