Ingredients
6 Hilsa Fish - (pieces)
1/2 cup Onion - finely chopped
2 Onions - ground to paste
2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tablespoon Red Chilli powder
4 tablespoon Green Chillies - (adjust)
1/4 cup Mishti doi - whisked well
1 cup Coconut milk
3 tablespoons Ghee
Salt - to taste
2 cups Rice - Basmati or Gobindobhog

2 inch Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini)
5 Cardamom (Elaichi) Pods/Seeds - crushed
5 Cloves (Laung) - pounded
Instructions

Otherwise the coulis will be dried out.Now prepare the rice pulao.

mildly hot 1 tablespoon ghee in a cast iron biryani pot and transfer in whole garam masala to the burning fat.Now transfer in half of the coulis from hilsa along with luke mildly hot liquid.

Bring the mixture to a bubble.transfer in previously soaked rice into the mixture and let it low-boil for 10-12 mins or until rice is almost half cooked.transfer in coconut dairy liquid, seasoning and low-boil covered for another 10 mins or till the rice is completely cooked.Now arrange the ilish pieces on bed of rice and transfer the coulis on it.
