Ingredients

  • 1 cup gram flour
  • 2 green chillies - finely chopped
  • 1 onion - finely chopped
  • 1 potato - finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery
  • 1/2 teaspoon cooking soda

  • 500 gm curd - cracked
  • 3 teaspoon gram flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 green chilli - finely chopped
  • 1/2 inch ginger - grated
  • 2 Cup water -
  • salt - as per taste
  • 1 teaspoon ghee
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 4 curry leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1 red chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
  • green coriander - Finely chopped

Instructions

To make Kadhi Pakora, firstly put the fat on a low flame in a pot for the Pakora floor.

While the fat is heating, introduce the pakoras fixings to make pakoras in a pot.
