  • 1/2 teaspoon Methi Seeds (Fenugreek Seeds)
  • pinch Asafoetida (hing)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1 cup Tamarind Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Jaggery - pound
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sunflower Oil - for cooking
