Ingredients
Oil - As per use
make 1 cup green gram - or lilwe
1 potato - cut
1 bay leaf

1 big cardamom
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
2 tablespoons curd
1 onion - paste 1 onion - finely chopped
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
3/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
salt - as per use
water - as per use
3 sprig green coriander - finely chopped
Instructions

To make Lilve veggie, first toasty cooking oil in a wok.

After the cooking oil is burning, introduce bay leaves, long and cardamom.

After 15 seconds, introduce bulb veggie and oven-cook till it becomes soft.

Now introduce potatoes and oven-cook for another 5 moments.

After 5 moments introduce ginger garlic and bulb veggie paste.

Let it oven-cook for 2 to 3 moments.

After 3 moments introduce red chili dusting seasoning, turmeric dusting seasoning and coriander dusting seasoning to it.

After crafting for 2 moments, introduce curd, table salt and combine it.

introduce green gram after 3 moments, combine it, lid the wok and let it oven-cook for 5 moments.

After 5 moments, introduce aqua as per use and let it oven-cook.

Turn off the gas after 4 to 5 moments and accentuate with green coriander.

offer the lilve veggie along with punchy lentils, boondi raita and phulka for dinner.
