  • 2 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - finely chopped
  • 2 sprig Mint Leaves (Pudina) - finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
  • Salt - to taste

Instructions

To begin making the shallot Raita procedure, cut the onions and chop the green chilli, mint and coriander leaves. In a mixing dish, toss in yogurt, table salt, and jeera dusting masala condiment and beat well until creamy. Next toss in liquid to adjust the consistency and toss in the onions, green chilies, mint and coriander leaves.
