Ingredients
2 cups rice
200 grams spinach - wash and chop
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon ginger - grated
1 tomato puree
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon sambar powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
2 tablespoons Ghee - or til oil
salt - as per taste
Instructions

To make spinach casserole, first scalding up margarine in a pot.

toss in cumin, ginger and bubble gently for 10 seconds.

After 10 seconds, toss in tomatoes, turmeric ground mix and bubble gently till the tomatoes become soft.

After the tomatoes are soft, toss in spinach and table salt.

put a lid on the pot and let it bubble gently until it becomes soft.

After the spinach becomes soft, increase the scalding up and let the spinach aqua disappear.

Now toss in cooked rice, sambar ground mix, table salt and incorporate it.

Turn down the scalding up, put a lid on the pot and let it bubble gently for 2 moments.

After 2 moments, open the pot, incorporate and turn off the gas.
