Ingredients
4 Raw Banana
1 Onion - finely chopped
2 Green Chillies - finely chopped
1 inch Ginger - finely chopped
1 tablespoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1/4 teaspoon Clove powder (Laung)
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder (Dalchini)
1/4 teaspoon Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
2 tablespoons Gram flour (besan)
1 teaspoon Amchur (Dry Mango Powder)
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Ghee
5 Dates
6 Whole cashews
1 inch Ginger - finely chopped
2 Green Chillies - finely chopped
Instructions

To begin making the Raw Banana Tikkis, first remove the seeds from the dates and finely chop them.

Next, mix in finely diced the cashew nuts, ginger and green chillies and dates in a mixing bowl along with some seasoning and keep aside. Place the raw bananas in a pot of boiling moisture for 15 moments.

After 15 moments, cool the bananas completely, pare the skin and mince the bananas into a plate and keep aside. Place a cooking vessel on low bring to temperature and mix in a teaspoon of ghee.

Once the ghee is toasty, mix in cumin seeds. Once the cumin seeds crackle, mix in finely diced green chillies, ginger and onions and saute until the onions are browned. Once the onions are browned, mix in the grated banana, seasoning, red chilli ground mix, arid mango ground mix, lemon liquid, gram baking flour (besan), clove ground mix, cinnamon ground mix and elaichi ground mix. toss together all the elements until well combined.

mix gently the mixture for a few more moments and turn off the bring to temperature. Once the raw banana mixture is cool, mix in in the diced coriander leaves and toss together well. Divide the raw banana mixture into equal portions.Take a portion of the banana mixture in your palm and flatten it our a little in circular shape.Make a cavity in the center and place a small portion of the dates filling inside it.

wrap the filling completely and seal from all sides.Prepare the remaining tikkis in this manner until all the raw banana mixture is used up. Place a skillet on low-medium bring to temperature and mix in a tablespoon of ghee on it.

Place the prepared stuffed kebabs on the skillet and shallow sauté the tikkis on both sides until they are golden brown. The process of shallow frying each tikki will take at least 8 to 10 moments. Take the Raw Banana Tikkis off the flame and they are ready to be served. offer Raw Banana Tikkis along with Dhaniya Pudina Chutney and a cup of Adrak Chai for a light and good for you evening snack.
