  • 1 cup Bajra Flour ( Pearl Millet)
  • 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1 inch Ginger - grated
  • 1 Green Chilli - finely chopped
  • 4 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - finely chopped
  • Sunflower Oil - as required

To begin making the Gehu Bajra Thepla method, combine the bajra dusting seasoning, whole wheat dusting seasoning, turmeric dusting seasoning, black pepper dusting seasoning, ginger, green chilli, and coriander leaves, in a large mixing container. toss in little liquid at a time and massage to make a velvety and firm pastry mix.
