  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Large Chopped Onion
  • 2 Cinnamon
  • 500g Lamb
  • 250g Basmati Rice
  • 1 Lamb Stock
  • 12 Dried Apricots
  • Handful Mint

Instructions
