250g Basmati Rice
1 Lamb Stock
12 Dried Apricots

mix in the cooking oil to the skillet, then shallow fry the bulb veggie and cinnamon together until starting to turn golden.

transfer in 500ml boiling liquid, crumble in the stock cube, mix in the apricots, then scented element to taste.
