Ingredients

  • 2 Green zucchini - cut lengthwise into very thin slices
  • 1-1/2 cup Homemade Pizza And Pasta Sauce
  • 1 Onion - chopped
  • 1-1/2 tablespoon Basil leaves - chopped
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dried oregano
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese - shredded
  • 1/2 cup Paneer (Homemade Cottage Cheese) - crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic - minced
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper powder - as required

To begin with the Zucchini Lasagna formula first, arrange zucchini slices on a colander and scatter some table salt and leave it free for 30 mins. Meanwhile bring to temperature fat in a wok introduce cut up shallot and minced garlic and sauté it till shallot turn translucent.Now introduce pasta gravy and swirl around the mixture for about 3 mins.

Now in another skillet bring to temperature some fat and introduce the zucchinis to it.

Let them prepare till they turn brown on both the sides. Now we are ready to assemble the lasagna, take an oven saved mixing bowl and spread cooked pasta in the bottom and start to layer the zucchini slices. Spread some more pasta gravy over the zucchini and now scatter the mozzarella paneer variance.

 Repeat this step for another 3 times. Preheat oven to 425 F and cook thoroughly the lasagna for 10-15 mins and plate them on a serving plate.accentuate it with the cut up basil and dish up them scalding.dish up the Zucchini Lasagna with some Mocha Pana Cotta formula for a complete meal.
