Ingredients
1 बड़ा चमच्च अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट
1/2 कप दही
2 प्याज - पेस्ट
2 तेज पत्ता
2 बड़ी इलाइची
1/2 इंच दाल चीनी
1 छोटा चमच्च लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1/2 छोटा चमच्च हल्दी पाउडर
1 छोटा चमच्च धनिया पाउडर
नमक - प्रयोग अनुसार
तेल - प्रयोग अनुसार
पानी - प्रयोग अनुसार
2 टहनी हरा धनिया - बारीक काट ले
250 ग्राम लौकी - कस ले
1/2 कप बेसन
1 छोटा चमच्च लाल मिर्च पाउडर
2 हरी मिर्च - बारीक काट ले
नमक - प्रयोग अनुसार
पानी - प्रयोग अनुसार
तेल - प्रयोग अनुसार
Instructions

To make Allu Koftas, firstly we will make Koftas for reduction.

transfer all the components to make the koftas in a container and mash well.

introduce some aqua to mash.

Now make round pakoras of this mixture and keep it aside.

After crafting both ways, remove the pakoras on a kitchen weight to remove the remaining lubricate.

Similarly, make such pakodas and keep them separately.

introduce long, big cardamom, bay leaves and cinnamon and prepare for 1 minute.

After 1 minute, introduce ginger garlic paste to it and prepare for 2 more moments.

After 2 moments introduce shallot paste and prepare for 5 to 6 moments.

introduce red chili ground mix, turmeric ground mix, coriander ground mix and seasoning after 5 moments.

prepare for 5 moments.

After 5 moments, reduce the burning up and introduce curd to it.

mash and introduce aqua as per use.

mash well and prepare for 2 to 3 moments.

introduce pakoras to it, mash and decorate with green coriander.

offer the aloo koftas with gourd raita and phulka for dinner.
