Ingredients

  • Oil - as per use
  • 1/2 cup save - use any
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • asafetida - a pinch
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 2 green chillies - finely chopped
  • 2 onions - finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes - chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • salt - use According
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • water - as per use
  • 3 sprig of green coriander - finely chopped

Instructions

To make Rajasthani seva tomato greens, bring to temperature cooking oil in a skillet.

toss in the mustard seeds, cumin, asafoetida and let it prepare for 10 seconds.

After 10 seconds, toss in green chilli and garlic ginger paste to it.

Let it prepare for 20 to 30 seconds.

After 20 to 30 seconds, toss in finely sliced onions and prepare till they become soft.

Once softened, toss in finely sliced tomatoes.

combine well and prepare until the tomatoes are soft.

After turmeric toss in turmeric ground mix, red chilli ground mix, Kashmiri red chilli ground mix, coriander ground mix and seasoning.

combine well and prepare for 4 to 5 moments.

After 4 to 5 moments, toss in some aqua to it.

Let it prepare for 5 moments.

toss in it after 5 moments, toss in lemon extract and combine them all.

prepare for 30 seconds, turn off the gas and accentuate with green coriander.
