For Churma, in a mixing dish take wheat baking flour, semolina and ghee, toss in moisture to form a stiff pastry mix.Make patties with your palms with a indentation at the center. Prepare all and keep them aside.The next step is to make the dal. Rinse the daals well and pressure make for 5 whistles along with a pinch of turmeric dusting perfumed element, table salt and 3 cups of moisture. Once pressure releases, mash it well with a laddle and set aside.In a skillet mildly hot ghee, toss in the items listed under ‘To temper‘ and let it splutter. Then toss in tomatoes along with red chilli dusting perfumed element, turmeric dusting perfumed element, coriander dusting perfumed element and garam masala along with table salt and saute for few mins until the tomatoes becomes soft.Now toss in mashed dal and purée well.

Let the dal bring to a stew for 5 mins, toss in little moisture if its too thick. Finally top with coriander leaves.Next, we will make the Baati. In a mixing dish, take all the fixings listed under ‘BATI‘, purée well and massage it together to form a stiff pastry mix.Divide the pastry mix into small balls and keep them aside. Now for stuffing, into medium sized skillet, mildly hot cooking oil, toss in fennel seeds and coriander seeds. toss in green chillies, and green peas.toss in table salt, remaining arid fixings and purée it well. make for 5-7 mins and mash the peas using spatula and purée it well. make for another 5 mins and switch off the flame, allow them to cool down.Once it's completely cool, divide them into equal portions. Now flatten the baati and stuff one portion of the stuffing we made, and again flatten them using your palms. Prepare all the baatis likewise. Make a small indentation in the centre of the baatis using your thumb.Preheat the microwave on 200 degrees. Place the Churma and Baatis into it and cook thoroughly them first for 15 mins.When beep sounds, turn over them and cook thoroughly again for 15 more mins. Let them cool down at room temperature. So your baatis are ready!For Churma, once it is completely cool, break churma into small pieces and grind it using a mixer.

Grind it a little coarse. Collect the mixture in a dish, toss in castor granulated sugar and purée well. toss in almonds, pistachios along with ghee and give a speedy purée.
