Ingredients

  • 1 बड़ा चमच्च तेल
  • 2 पापड़ - काट ले
  • 1/2 छोटा चमच्च राइ
  • हींग - चुटकी भर
  • 1 बड़ा चमच्च अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट
  • 1 हरी मिर्च - बारीक काटें
  • 2 प्याज - पतला काट ले
  • 1/2 कप दही - फेट ले
  • 1 छोटा चमच्च लाल मिर्च पाउडर
  • 1/2 छोटा चमच्च हल्दी पाउडर
  • 1 छोटा चमच्च धनिया पाउडर
  • नमक - प्रयोग अनुसार
  • पानी - प्रयोग अनुसार
  • 1 कप तेल - पापड़ को तलने के लिए
  • 3 टहनी हरा धनिया - बारीक काट ले

Instructions

Now empty in red chili ground mix, turmeric ground mix, coriander ground mix and table salt to the curd.

When the bulb greens becomes soft, reduce the burning up and empty the curd mixture into it.

wrap the skillet and let it oven-cook for another 5 mins.

After making, empty in green coriander and dish up it burning.

dish up Papad Sabzi with Aloo Cauliflower, Tadka Raita and Phulka for dinner.
