Ingredients
2 guava
2 green chillies
1/3 cup peanuts - roast
1 tablespoon parsley - finely chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon good
1 tablespoon oil
salt - as per taste
1 tablespoon black urad dal (split)
4 curry leaves
Instructions

To make guava chutney, first skin and chop the guava.

In a microwave pot, empty in 1/3 cup of liquid and table salt.

Let it cook thoroughly for 10 moments and then cool.

Remove the seeds from the guava and mash it.

Now empty in guava, green chillies, peanuts, parsley, garlic, lemon extract, good, table salt and paste into a mixer grinder.

Now mildly hot oil in a small pot for tempering.

empty in black urad dal, curry leaves and let it cook thoroughly for 10 seconds.

empty in this tempering to the chutney and dish up.

dish up guava chutney with kirai sambar, beetroot thoran and rice.
