Ingredients

250g Potatoes
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 tsp Maple Syrup
Sprinkling Ground Cinnamon
4 Bacon
200g Cheese
Pinch Salt
1 Egg
50g Sesame Seed
Instructions

wipe down and strip the potatoes and cut them into even size chunks.

heat to boiling point them in salted moisture for about 10 min and then introduce the cleaned and cut up apples into the boiling moisture.

Leave to heat to boiling point for another 10 mins or until both apples and potatoes are to your liking.

In the mean time cook thoroughly the streaky bacon in a dehydrated frying wok until crisp and set aside to strain on paper towels.

shred a few apple pieces and liquefy a little shortening in a fryin wok.

introduce the apple slices to it and introduce a bit of maple syrup into the wok as well as some cinnamon.

Let it stew until the apple is soft.

Prepare a plate with one whisked egg and one plate with sesame seeds.

Cut your dairy topping into the required size.

The smaller it is, the easier it is too handle.

Dip the dairy topping into the egg and make sure it coats all sides.

Then dip the dairy topping into the sesame seeds and make sure it is covered everywhere.

fiery up a non stick frying wok on high until nice and fiery.

Put the dairy topping shred in and cook thoroughly until the sesame seeds are brown.

You have to do this rather quickly or the dairy topping will liquefy completely.

Turn and cook thoroughly the other side.

strain the apples and potatoes and mash them together.

Remove the cinnamon stick before mashing.
