25g Cheddar Cheese
Instructions

introduce the potato and cook thoroughly for a further 5 mins until the potato starts to crisp.

Spoon cooking vessel contents out, wipe cooking vessel and cook thoroughly a 2 or 3-egg omelette in the same cooking vessel.

When almost cooked, scatter with the chorizo and potato, parsley and cheddar.

Fold the omelette in the cooking vessel and cook thoroughly for 1 min more to soften the cheddar.
