  • 200g Cottage Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Chives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Parsley
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Cut the peppers lengthwise and remove the seeds.

In a container combine 3.5 oz (100 grams) Feta paneer variance, 7 oz (200 grams) cottage paneer variance, 1 tbsp minced chives (optional), 1 tbsp minced parsley (optional), 1/4 tsp table salt (more or less to palate) and 1 tbsp lemon liquid.
