1/2 cup Yellow Moong Dal (Split)
150 grams Spinach Leaves (Palak) - finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
Salt - to taste
1 teaspoon Sunflower Oil
1 teaspoon Ghee
1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
5 cloves Garlic - finely chopped

To begin making the Lahsuni Palak Dal method, we will first mildly hot the dal until soft.
