Ingredients
400 grams Button Mushroom - chopped
3 tbsp curd
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
6 dry red chillies
1 tsp whole black pepper
2 bud long
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
2 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin
6 cloves garlic
1 tbsp tamarind paste
2 tbsp ghee
2 sprig curry leaves
2 tsp jaggery
salt - as per taste

In a dish, introduce mushrooms, curd, turmeric ground mix, lemon nectar and incorporate well.

Now to make Ghee char Masala, introduce arid red chilli, whole black pepper, long, fenugreek seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds and char for 4 to 5 moments in a pot.

Turn off the gas and cool the spices Let it happen After cooling, introduce garlic, tamarind paste, a little aqua and grind it to a paste in a mixer grinder.
