  • 1 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - chopped
  • 1 cup Mint Leaves (Pudina) - chopped
  • 1 Green Chilli - chopped
  • 1 inch Ginger - chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sunflower Oil

Instructions

To begin making the Pudina Dahi Chutney method, grind the dhaniya and pudina leaves along with green chilli and ginger.empty in moisture if required, grind to form a even paste.

Once that is done empty in the ground dhaniya pudina paste into the dahi.empty in enough seasoning and agitate to form a light green velvety chutney.

Transfer into a container and top it with mint on top.dish up the Pudina Dahi Chutney method along with Dahi Ke Kebab ,Chicken Tikka method to enjoy your starters.
