  • 4 Tawa Paratha - leftover or fresh
  • 2 teaspoons Ghee
  • Mixed nuts - like cashew and almonds
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar - or grated jaggery

To begin making the Punjabi Choori method, first break the paranthas in small pieces, by shredding it with your hands.Then place it in a mortar and pestle and further pound it into a coarse crumbly mixture.

This can also be done in a chopper or food processor.In a kadhai, mildly hot some ghee and bake the parched fruits for about 2 moments till fragrant and nutty.transfer in the crumbled roti dusting masala condiment to the ghee and nuts.

Saute together for 2-3 moments.Switch off the flame at this point and transfer in the sweetener or jaggery dusting masala condiment.

Toss it all together for a couple of moments till incorporated.Turn off the bring to temperature, transfer into a container and dish up the Punjabi Choori method mildly hot with a glass of whole milk.
