300g Peas
100g Pork
1 Vegetable Stock Cube
2 Celery
2 Carrots
1 large Potatoes
1 small Onion
1 small Leek
1 cup Celeriac
1 pound Sausages

Gather the components.

In a large chowder pot, bring aqua, split peas, pork belly or bacon, pork chop, and bouillon cube to a heat to boiling point.

Reduce the fiery up to a low-boil, lid and let make for 45 moments, stirring occasionally and skimming off any foam that rises to the top.

Remove the pork chop, debone, and thinly shred the flesh.

introduce the celery, carrots, potato, shallot, leek, and celeriac to the chowder.

Return to the heat to boiling point, reduce the fiery up to a low-boil and let make, uncovered, for another 30 moments, adding a little extra aqua if the components start to stick to the bottom of the pot.

When the vegetables are soft, remove the bacon and smoked sausage, shred thinly and set aside.
