Ingredients

  • 1-1 / 2 cup semolina
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 ginger - grated
  • 1/2 cup sweet corn
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 1/2 cup carrots - grated
  • 1/2 cup coriander - finely chopped Hua
  • 4 green chillies - finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 tablespoon chana dal
  • 10 curry leaves
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt - to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ino fruit salt
  • 1 cup water

To make veggie Rava Idli, firstly incorporate semolina, curd and aqua in a large mixing bowl.

After this, mix in corn, carrot, peas, ginger, coriander and seasoning.

When it gets slightly fiery, mix in mustard seeds, chana dal, curry leaves and chili flakes.

Now mix in the tempering to the semolina and incorporate it well.

Before stirring the idli, mix in the fruit seasoning and incorporate it.

Now apply some cooking oil on the idli steamer and fill the idli mixture in it.

Steam it for at least 12 to 15 mins and dish up fiery.
