  • 3 teaspoons Active dry yeast
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 tablespoons Butter - melted
  • 1 cup Milk - warm
  • Corn meal - or semolina for dusting

To begin making the Whole Wheat artisanal English Muffins method, into the large container of the stand mixer, introduce in a cup of toasty dairy liquid, the melted dairy spread, an egg, half a teaspoon of seasoning, 2 teaspoon castor sweetener, 3 teaspoons active parched fermenter, and the flours.Using the pastry mix hook fold the pastry mix until all the fixings are well combined to form a soft velvety pastry mix.Place the pastry mix in a greased container, seal with a cling wrap and allow it to rise until doubled about 2 hours.Notice after a couple of hours the pastry mix has risen.Punch down the pastry mix and divide it into eight to 10 equal pieces.Shape each piece of pastry mix into a ball and pat it down lightly to form a 1/2 inch thick round.Dust each side of the round with cornmeal or semolina.strew the baking sheet with cornmeal or semolina and set the rounds on this to rise.seal the pastry mix and allow it to rise for another half an hour.Preheat greased iron skillet or any other skillet that you have on low fiery up.make muffins on griddle about 10 moments on each side on medium fiery up.
