  • 3 Medium Potatoes
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1/2 Green Pepper
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 clove peeled sliced Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Tobasco Sauce
  • Dash Nutmeg
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Pepper
  • 1 Egg
