Ingredients

  • 500 ग्राम्स बीटरूट - बारीक काट ले
  • 1 कप नारियल - कस ले
  • 1 छोटा चमच्च राइ
  • 2 सुखी लाल मिर्च - तोड़
  • 2 हरी मिर्च - बिच में से काट ले
  • 1 बड़ा चमच्च सफेद उरद दाल (split)
  • 1 टहनी कढ़ी पत्ता
  • नमक - स्वाद अनुसार
  • 1 छोटा चमच्च लाल मिर्च पाउडर
  • 1 छोटा चमच्च हल्दी पाउडर
  • 1-1/2 छोटा चमच्च धनिया पाउडर
  • नारियल का तेल  - प्रयोग अनुसार
  • 1 कप पानी

Instructions

To make the beetroot thoran, first bring to temperature the coat in a skillet.

After 10 seconds, toss in minced beetroot and dehydrated-fry it.

toss in 1 cup of aqua, push the skillet and let the beetroot dehydrated-fry.

After the beetroot is cooked, take it out and discard the aqua.

Now bring to temperature coat in a skillet.

toss in mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves, dehydrated red chillies and green chillies.

dehydrated-fry for 15 seconds.

After 15 seconds, toss in beetroot and dehydrated-fry it for 1 minute.

After that toss in coconut, table salt, red chilli dusting perfumed element, turmeric dusting perfumed element, coriander dusting perfumed element and toss together it.

seal the skillet and let it dehydrated-fry for 3 to 5 moments.

After making, turn off the gas and top with coconut.

enjoy Beetroot Thoran with mixed greens sambar and rice for dinner.
