  • 1/2 teaspoon White Urad Dal
  • 1 Sprig Curry Leaf
  • 2 Dry Red Chillies
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • Salt - as per taste
  • Green Coriander - as per use
  • 2 green chillies
  • 2 inch ginger - chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds

Instructions

Soak it in seasoning moisture and keep it aside.

Now in a mixer grinder, mix in green coriander, green chillies, ginger, cumin seeds, grind it and make a paste.

Now scalding up cooking oil in a pot.

mix in mustard seeds, urad dal and let it crackle.

After the tempering, mix in arid red chillies, curry leaves and prepare for 10 seconds.

Now mix in brinjals and prepare till half cooked.

Now mix in ground coriander, seasoning, incorporate and prepare for 10 mins.
