For the flour base place lard, toasty moisture and table salt in a large kneading container and agitate.

For the filling place tomatoes for about 30 seconds in boiling moisture, then cool with cold moisture and skin of skin and cut into cubes.

Press garlic through garlic press, cut onions into cubes.

Cut flour base into half and roll out one half thinnly on floured surface.
