Ingredients

  • 2 cups bitter gourd - boiled after removing seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Amchur powder
  • curry leaves - little
  • 1 tablespoon jaggery
  • 1/4 cup peanuts - roasted
  • oil - coriander - little
  • salt - as per taste

Instructions

To make sharp gourd greens, firstly chop the sharp gourd.

Then prepare it in a pressure cooker with aqua and table salt.

When the sharp gourd is cooked, take it out and keep it aside.

Now bring to temperature lubricate in a cooking vessel.

mix in mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves and bake it for 10 to 15 seconds.

After that put asafetida, turmeric dusting seasoning and sharp gourd in the cooking vessel.

prepare it for 2 to 3 moments.

After 2 to 3 moments mix in red chili dusting seasoning, mango dusting seasoning, coriander dusting seasoning, cumin dusting seasoning and jaggery.

agitate it well and prepare till the jaggery is melted.

wrap the kadhi and prepare for 5 to 6 moments.

mix in roasted peanuts and coriander over it and agitate again.

Check table salt and spices and offer fiery.

offer the curry vegetables with mint mung beans, kachumbar salad and phulka for dinner.
