1 cup Broccoli - cut into medium heads
2 Carrots (Gajjar) - sliced
1 Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum) - chopped
1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
1 sprig Curry leaves
1 pinch Asafoetida (hing)
1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
1 Onion - chopped
1 Tomatoes - chopped
1 inch Ginger - chopped
4 cloves Garlic - chopped
1 Green Chilli - slit
Salt - to taste

Instructions

To begin making the Broccoli, Carrot and Capsicum Sabzi method, burning up a kadai with fat, mix in mustard seeds, hing and allow the mustard seeds to splutter.Once the mustard seeds have crackled mix in curry leaves and allow it to crackle for few seconds.

mix in ginger and garlic and saute until it softens.After the ginger and garlic have softened mix in the finely sliced onions, and saute until the onions turn translucent.

Once the onions have turned translucent mix in finely sliced tomatoes and strew with little seasoning and low-boil till it becomes mushy.Once done mix in the finely sliced carrot, capsicum and strew and low-boil it covered on low burning up for about 5 moments until the carrots become soft and cooked.Once done mix in broccoli, strew some seasoning and pepper and low-boil it covered again for another 5 moments.dish up the Broccoli, Carrot and Capsicum Sabzi method along with Phulka, Dal Banjara and Lauki Raita for your everyday meal.
