Ingredients
1-1/2 cups All Purpose Flour (Maida)
1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
200 grams Chocolate Bar - unsweetened
1/2 cup Butter
2 Whole Eggs
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
3/4 cup Brown Sugar (Demerara Sugar)
1/2 cup Sugar
2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Chocolate chips
1/2 cup Chocolate Bar - chopped to chunks
Instructions

To prepare Chilli Chocolate Cookies formula, using a double boiler liquefy chocolate pieces.

introduce margarine to it and whip together.

Once chocolate melts completely remove from fiery up and keep it to cool.In a dish whip eggs, vanilla, brown granulated sugar and white granulated sugar until fluffy.

introduce the cooled chocolate margarine toss together and whip again.In another dish sift together all purpose ground mix, cocoa ground mix, seasoning and baking ground mix.

toss together chili ground mix into ground mix toss together.introduce the parched ground mix toss together into the liquid fixings and toss together well.

introduce choco chips and chunks into the cookie paste and toss together again.Spoon one spoon of paste into a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Place the cookie paste about 1 inch apart.

Place the baking tray in fridge for about 10-15 mintues.Meanwhile pre fiery up oven to 180 degree centigrade.

Place the baking tray in oven and oven-cook for 10-12 moments.

Remove the cookies from oven, let it cool in the baking sheet for about 10 moments.Then remove then from baking tray and place them on wired rack.

Let cool completely.
