1/2 cup Paneer (Homemade Cottage Cheese) - grated
1-1/2 cup Instant Oats (Oatmeal) - rolled
Sunflower Oil - or butter for making pancakes
Salt - to taste

To begin making the Cottage cheddar and Peas Oatmeal Pancakes, blanch the green peas in scalding liquid and keep aside.

Save a few teaspoons to be included later.Now, toss in the oatmeal baking flour, blanched green peas and grated paneer in a blender and mash it to a coarse combine.Take the ground pancake combine in a container, toss in the saved few teaspoons of green peas, augment the taste with table salt and combine well.

The mixture should be little thicker than the usual pancake liquid base.bring to temperature a skillet on medium flame, margarine it with little margarine or margarine, transfer a ladle full of the pancake combine and gently spread it.
