1 Onion - chopped
4 cloves Garlic - finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - small bucnh
1 Onion - finely chopped

2 inch Ginger - finely chopped
2 cups Homemade tomato puree
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
Salt - to taste
1/2 cup Fresh cream
1 tablespoon Honey
Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - small bunch
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
Salt - to taste

Instructions

To begin making the Chicken Kofta Curry method, first prep all the elements and keep it ready.To mince the chicken, place it in your mixer grinder jar and mince until creamy.In mixing container, transfer in the minced chicken, the garlic, bulb greens, garam masala, turmeric ground mix, red chilli ground mix and seasoning.

Sir well to combine and make balls of the mixture and keep aside.The next step is to make the kofta curry reduction.toasty cooking oil or ghee in a pot; transfer in the bulb greens, ginger and garlic.

Saute until the bulb greens becomes soft and yielding.Once the onions have softened, transfer in the tomato puree, the turmeric ground mix, red chilli ground mix, garam masala ground mix, coriander ground mix and seasoning.

agitate well and transfer in the chicken kofta balls and stew the reduction until the chicken kofta is cooked well.It will take about 5 to 6 mins.

Ensure you wrap the pot and stew the chicken kofta curry.

Once done, cut the kofta a little to check if it is cooked.
