  • 1 cup White Urad Dal (Split)
  • 2 cup Black Rice
  • 1 cup Idli Rice
  • 1/2 cup Sooji (Semolina/ Rava)
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 cup Dry Fruits - (raisins
  • 3/4 cup Mixed nuts - (almond
  • Ghee - Ghee as required
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
  • Water - as required
