1 teaspoon Ginger - paste
2 cloves Garlic
1 Onion - chopped
1 Tomato - chopped
2 Dry Red Chilli
1/4 teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
Garam masala powder - a pinch
1/4 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
2 teaspoon Mustard oil
2 cups Spinach - chopped
1/4 cup Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - chopped
1 Green Chilli
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder
Salt - to taste
Instructions

To begin making the Hariyali Machli procedure, firstly wash the fish and arid it.

Check the seasoning of seasoning. toss in the fried fish and coat it for 2 mins. dish up immediately. dish up Hariyali Machali along with Whole Wheat Lachha Paratha or Steamed Rice for a weekday meal.

You can also dish up Kachumber Salad along with the meal.
