To make Tutti Fruity, get the papaya washed, strip, remove its seeds and chop it finely.Blanch the papaya in boiling aqua for 3 moments, switch off burning up and let the pieces soak for another 5 moments.filter the cut up papayas after soaking.break down sweetener in 2 cups of aqua and swirl around on medium burning up until sweetener dissolves completely.toss in papaya pieces in sweetener syrup.Now low-boil until sweetener syrup gets to one thread consistency, and until sweetener syrup become viscous and papaya pieces are cooked completely.Turn off burning up and toss in 1 tsp of vanilla essence in syrup.toss in saffron for natural color.

Let these papaya pieces absorb the color and sweetener syrup for next 16-24 hours.
