500 grams Baby Potatoes
1-1/2 tablespoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1/2 teaspoon SSP Asafoetida (Hing)
Salt
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
1 teaspoon Ginger - finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon Amchur (Dry Mango Powder)
Sunflower Oil - as required
Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - as required

To begin making the Jeera Hing Aloo steps, wash and wipe down the potatoes. In a pressure cooker introduce the potatoes along with some moisture and seasoning. Close the pressure cooker and pressure make for 2 whistles.
