1 cup Rice - washed and soaked in water for 30 minutes
1 cup Green beans - finely chopped
Carrot (Gajjar) - finely chopped
Broccoli - finely chopped
Green peas (Matar) - steamed
1 cup Coconut milk
1-1/2 cups Water
1/2 teaspoon Ginger - grated
4 Whole Black Peppercorns - crushed
1 Stock Lemongrass - cut into 2-3 pieces
2 teaspoon Sunflower Oil
Salt - to taste
