1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
4 cups chicken stock - or vegetable stock or water
1 tablespoon oil
salt - as per taste

To make Mutton Keema broth method, first bring to temperature the fat in a saucepan.

After the fat is fiery, introduce bay leaves, onions and prepare till they become soft.

After the onions are soft, introduce green chilies, tomatoes and prepare till the tomatoes become soft.

After the tomatoes are soft, introduce ginger and prepare for 1 minute.

Now introduce mutton mince, turmeric dusting masala condiment, 1 cup chicken stock, agitate and let it prepare for 10 to 15 mins.

After the mutton mince becomes soft, introduce the remaining stock, green coriander, thyme and agitate.
