2 Green Chillies - chopped
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
Salt - to taste
1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
1 sprig Curry leaves
1/4 cup Fresh coconut - chopped
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
5 Pearl onions (Sambar Onions) - halved

To begin making the Nadan Tomato Curry preparation guide, mildly hot a pot with fat and temper with mustard seeds and curry leaves.mix in the green chillies, tomatoes, turmeric dusting masala condiment, chilli dusting masala condiment and seasoning.Let the tomatoes make over low flame, till they become soft and mushy.While the tomatoes make, grind the items required given under 'ground mixture' along with 1/2 cup liquid .Once the tomatoes are soft, mix in the ground mixture and make over low flame for another 3 to 4 mins and switch off.enjoy Nadan Tomato Curry along with Steamed Rice for light dinner or Mangalorean Neer Dosa for breakfast.
