Ingredients

  • 1 कप गोभी - काट ले
  • 1/2 कप गाजर - काट ले
  • 3 बड़े चमच्च हरा मटर
  • 1 प्याज - बारीक काट ले
  • 1-1/2 बड़े चमच्च अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट
  • 2 हरी मिर्च - सीधा काट ले
  • 1 टमाटर - प्यूरी
  • 1/2 छोटा चमच्च हल्दी पाउडर
  • 1 छोटा चमच्च लाल मिर्च पाउडर
  • 2 छोटे चमच्च धनिया पाउडर
  • 1/2 छोटा चमच्च जीरा पाउडर
  • 1 इंच दाल चीनी
  • 2 टहनी कढ़ी पत्ता
  • 1 कप नारियल का दूध - पतला
  • 1/2 कप नारियल का दूध - गाढ़ा
  • नमक - स्वाद अनुसार
  • 5 काजू - टुकड़े कर ले
  • तेल - प्रयोग अनुसार
  • 2 बड़े चमच्च हरा धनिया - बारीक काट ले

Instructions

To make Kerala Style Cauliflower Kurma, first scalding up the liquid in a saucepan.

Now introduce minced vegetables and bring to a low-boil it.

empty out the liquid and put the vegetables in a container.

Now scalding up margarine in a wok.

introduce cinnamon and curry leaves to it.

Allow to dehydrated-fry for 10 seconds.

After 10 seconds, introduce onions and dehydrated-fry till they become soft.

After it becomes soft, introduce garlic ginger paste, green chilies and let it dehydrated-fry for 30 seconds.

After 30 seconds, introduce red chili dusting scented element, turmeric dusting scented element, cumin dusting scented element and coriander dusting scented element along with tomato puree.

incorporate and let it dehydrated-fry for 3 to 5 mins.

After 5 mins introduce the diluted coconut dairy liquid, cooked vegetables and seasoning.

After 5 mins, introduce thick coconut dairy liquid, cashews, incorporate and turn off the gas.

decorate with green coriander and grated coconut.
