  • Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - required for garnish
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Black Urad Dal (Split)
  • 1 Dry Red Chilli - torn into 2 pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Sunflower Oil
