1 Onion - cut straight
5 Garlic - cloves
1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - required for garnish
Salt - to taste
1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
1 sprig Curry leaves
1 teaspoon Black Urad Dal (Split)
1 Dry Red Chilli - torn into 2 pieces
2 tablespoons Sunflower Oil
